Continuing with my brief yet relevant radio job descriptions….

The job description for the producer of a radio program that has a host (and is not self-produced):

typical producers duty is to really make a show a hit and a must listen show. making the star shine and make all goes well.i quiet agree and the host should also make the producers feel important and do more.creative talents and innovations are not easy to come by.producers should be respected.
