Wonderful teleseminar Dan and Mari! Also, I noticed that Mari’s book is now available as a Kindle edition as well (it wasn’t a week ago). Purchasing a copy today.
Loved the section in the teleconference where Mari talked about being aware that emotional intelligence is an important component to the overall strategy in using social media. I have clients that actually thank me for being there to help take care of them. One client even teases me that she’s going to adopt me….Mari is spot-on in her book that relationships are the cornerstone of marketing. Thanks for sharing her time and expertise with us, Dan.
Hi Dan..sorry for the delayed response. This was absolutely worth my time and thank you and Mari for taking your time to do this. I found the discussion on 3 common mistakes, dealing with negative comments and the 3 most common mistakes to be very informative. I ordered Mari’s book because I want to add to my limited knowledge of SMM. Thank you both!
