I was working at a large cinema in ’84 when “Top Secret” came out, and kept telling my friends they had to see it. The ending is weak, but the first 99% of it is brilliant.
One of my favorite shots: when Val Kilmer is trying to paint a portrait of the German countryside from inside a moving train.
