This is just classic. Before my time, too, but it’s timeless. I think this is from Your Show of Shows. My parents always talked about it and I only got to see clips-although I may try to find DVD’s now. The program had a great ensemble, clever writing, fantastic execution. Thanks for posting it.
Some friends and I re-created that skit at a community show years ago. Naturally, I was the “host.” The SNL people should be required to watch all of Sid Caesar’s stuff before joining the cast.
