A radio group COO who shall remain nameless once told me that he likes to “throw a monkey wrench into the works” when things are working “too well” because it kept everyone on their toes. I thought he was insane then, and I still do… (Not a personal attack since I didn’t name names, but HE knows who he is…)

Consultants ARE half the problem in radio – the other half – well, they know who they are.
