RADIO PROGRAM DIRECTORS SHOW THEIR LOVE FOR DAN O’DAY

I don’t know if I should even upload this video; I don’t want to seem self-aggrandizing.

But the warmth and admiration with which program directors from around the world greeted me when I took to the stage at PD Grad School was so touching that I had just had to share it with you.

Even my audio engineer (who appears at the very end) dropped his professional demeanor to join in this spontaneous emotional display.

I think I saw those same faces at Nuremberg. So, what were you accused of? 🙂

Ah, the memories. It seems like just yesterday that I was wondering; “When will this all end?”

Don’t be so humble. You’ve earned this

That is why we are in radio…or hear and not be seen. You do have a great chance to see who loves you ….and you must research a bundle all over the world -talking to coat and ties about speaking here and speaking there …takes a lot of work and I am sure you have to scarifice so much and be away at times you’d rather not. You Have a Happy Birthday..Heck if I know when it is..but if it’s alone in the backwoods where there are reel to reels and splicing tape that doesn’t stick and no heat -Happy Birthday -I’ll tell ya knopw ..I appreciate you..this dead air is for you………….
