Thank you for both videos and highlighting the informative material that you will present in your next class.

I have no voice over training per se . However, I have performed in community theatre as an actor and vocalist . I have also sung for the past 46 years of my life and semi professionally with a touring community choir . I have been told countless times that I have the talent to pursue what I now know to refer to as a “business ” in voice over. I am interested – however , I live in a small destination community . I’m not sure about how much business I could find in my back yard – but perhaps I’m putting the cart before the horse. I look forward to hearing when the class will be offered. Thanks for featuring two graduates from this class .

@Juanita: You’re quite welcome. Thanks for viewing the videos!

If you were to say, “I don’t know if I have the skills/desire/work ethic to succeed in voice overs,” we wouldn’t be able to offer a helpful answer.

As far as “how much business I could find in my own backyard,” our response is easy: There’s more business there than you could handle.

“A destination community” immediately suggests several additional potential revenue streams that are less plentiful in many communities.

Most VO people think, “I’ve got to find more people who are looking for someone to do voice overs for them.” That almost universal approach severely limits them.

Instead, we teach you to adopt a very different mindset: “All I need to do is find business people I can help.” Best of all (at least, for those of us who dislike the idea of “selling” ourselves), usually you don’t need to find them. Instead, you make it easy for them to find you…even when they don’t realize they’re looking.

“Thanks for featuring two graduates from this class.”

It’s been quite a while since we’ve updated this, but here’s a page featuring a bunch more graduates, sharing their own class experiences in their own words: https://reviews.thevoiceoverclass.com/

Hope you’ll be joining us, Juanita.
