RADIO STATION IMAGING CRITIQUE

by Dan O'Day on January 22, 2010

Adam Toy, a broadcasting student in Winnipeg, Canada, submitted a show promo he had produced, asking for my feedback.

Foolishly, he allowed me to critique it in the video you see below these words.

After you hear my reaction, feel free to add your own.

And yes, my glasses do look crooked, don’t they? (But I think Adam would rather hear your reaction to his promo…)

Great job, Adam! If you played this next to one of the promos I did in college I would be very embarrassed. You blew away anything I did in college.

Oh, and Dan, I think the glasses are straight but your head is cooked. ;-) Just kidding.

Hey your rich Uncle Phil asked you to send him some highlights so he can support the show..monetarily if possible…But he said he wants bits from every part of the show..so he has a better feel…
Do That… I appreciate your professionalism and Dan’s words..

I agree with what Dan said. Good promo. With a little editing a great promo. Nice job!
